"Oskaras" single storey four slope roof compact residential house of very rational layout with garage and two very large rooms, a family of 4-5 persons will be able to settle in it. Partially covered 15 m2 terrace is planned near the house. Roof, wall and house finishing construction materials are selected for each customer individually during the creation of the technical (technical - job) project. Various changes are possible in the plan of the house and facades, we have more versions of this project. The construction of the residential house is simple and economical, due to the selected simple constructions and a very small general area, that is up to 100 m2.
