Long-term experience
Since 2008, NPS Projects (in Lithuanian language NPS means – House Projects & Construction) specializes in designing residential houses. We are experienced, certified and creative architects who design residential houses, commercial and administrative buildings, their reconstructions and renovations. We prepare spatial planning documents. Our architects have a deep focus into each client's needs and propose the best customized solution.

In our website http://www.houseproject.eu are more than 100 typical house projects and we are rapidly increasing this number, because we are continuously adding new projects! Here you can choose a project that matches your planned budget.
Coordination without leaving home
Save your valuable time and money (time = money). From now on, you no longer have to meet face to face architects and coordinate house project’s changes, because now you can purchase house project which you like and get a construction permit without leaving home.
We will be glad to help and consult you by providing the most appropriate building materials or contractor of construction works. All projects can be changed according your needs. In case you will not find the most suitable project - we can customize and design individual house project for you.
We design energy-efficient houses
We seek that your wanted building would be a cost-effective, comfortable and heat energy-efficient accommodation. Preparing the project, on client’s request, we accurately analyze building’s energy model, give recommendations which are based on detailed calculations. We carefully evaluate our competence in this specific aspect and constantly trying to increase knowledge by raising our qualification by attending courses or seminars related to the energy-efficiency issues.

In April of 2014 we and other 35 companies, which successfully fulfilled requirements, signed a contract “BUILDING DESING SERVICE ORDER WITH CPO LT ELECTRONIC CATALOG“ Nr. 2014/4-69.
