"Gerda" simple but exceptional single storey house project that sticks out from the environment , with open and spacious residential zone and three rooms. In this house with two slope roof can comfortably live the family of 4-5 persons. Total area of the premises of the house – 126.73 m2, living area – 90.93 m2. Daily, recreational and utility zones are designed in the building. Daily zone – large sitting room, kitchen – dining room, hallway - hall, recreational zone is comprised of bedrooms and WC. Boiler room and storage room are provided in the utility zone. The boiler room is accessed from the tambour through the storage room and from the separate side entrance. There is a separate entrance from the sitting room into the open terrace that is provided in the patio.

Roof, wall and house finishing construction materials are selected for each customer individually during the creation of the technical (technical - job) project.

Various alterations are possible in the plan of the house or the facades. The construction of the residential house is simple and economical, due to the simple structures and solutions that were chosen.
