Greta non-standard, single storey, house project that sticks out from the environment, in this house with a flat roof, a family of 2-3 persons can comfortably reside. Total area of the premises of the house - 107.29 m2, living area – 61.73 m2. Joint space is designed in the structure that is kitchen-dining room - sitting room. The fireplace that is provided in the space of the sitting and dining rooms will rally the whole family or guests to enjoy is sparkling in rainy autumn and cool winter. A separate exit into an open terrace that is provided in the patio. Work room, bedroom and WC are near the joint space. The boiler room and garage are provided in the utility zone. The boiler room is accessed from the tambour through the garage.

Roof, wall and house finishing construction materials are selected for each customer individually during the creation of the technical (technical - job) project.

Various alterations are possible in the plan of the house or the facades. The construction of the residential house is simple and economical, due to the simple structures and solutions that were chosen.
