"Kasparas" single storey, classic, solid "L" shaped residential house with four slope roof, three rooms and a spacious garage for two vehicles. The layout of the house is rationally divided into: utility, residential and recreational zones. A spacious sitting room with a fireplace is provided in the house, and a large terrace under the roof by the house. During the preparation of the technical (technical – work) project, roof, wall and constructional finishing materials are selected for each client individually. Various changes and modifications are available. The construction of the residential house is simple and economical, due to the simple structures and solutions that were chosen.
