Modestas single storey house project with mansard and garage. In this house with two slope roof can comfortably live the family of 3-4 persons. Total area of the premises of the house – 193.00 m2, living area – 182.99 m2. Daily and utility zones are designed on the first floor. Daily zone – is the homogeneous space of premises, large sitting room, kitchen - dining room, WC and work room, and the boiler room, storage room - laundry and garage are provided in the utility zone. Also the exit from the general area (sitting room) into the terrace is provided. In the joint area there are stairs provided into mansard, where the recreational zone: bedrooms, closets and WC are provided. In the mansard there is an exit from the bedroom into the spacious covered balcony.
Roof, wall and house finishing construction materials are selected for each customer individually during the creation of the technical (technical - job) project.
Various alterations are possible in the plan of the house or the facades. The construction of the residential house is simple and economical, due to the simple structures and solutions that were chosen.
